科研方向
水稻黄单胞菌致病机理的研究:包括水稻黄单胞菌胞内致病相关调控机理;水稻黄单胞菌与宿主的互作;水稻黄单胞菌进化及流行病学规律研究。针对经济作物番茄,烟草青枯病的研究:拟通过研究致病菌雷尔氏青枯胞外致病蛋白与宿主的互作,揭示致病机理,进一步通过植物改良获取青枯病抗性品种。不同品种番茄根际微生物组的研究,拟通过揭示抗性番茄根际微生物组成,利用可培养微生物组,构建人工合成微生物,用于青枯的生物防治。同时通过全国范围内取样,普查番茄,烟草青枯病的发生,调查青枯病发生与根际微生物组的内在联系。
